Clearwater Development Overview

The Clearwater Development in Oak Brook, IL, is a mixed use project being developed by The John Buck Company. It includes a 50,000 sq. ft. LA Fitness, 90,000 sq. ft. of retail, ample parking, and beautiful, park-like grounds.

To enhance those grounds, Forms+Surfaces worked with OKW Architects and provided our Capitol Bike Racks and Knight Litter Receptacles, which add to the beauty and functionality of the outdoor space.
