Direct has opened cafés in major cities as part of its fresh new
approach to modern banking. Here customers can have a cup of coffee,
surf the Internet and learn about ING Direct’s range of financial
services.
Forms+Surfaces’ Profile One™ Information Kiosks were used in the cafés as
stand-alone self-service access terminals. Each double-sided Information
Kiosk incorporates
LCD monitors, table tops, keyboards, telephone and footrests—all in a
single unit that requires minimal floor space. The café installations
also included our System 7 doors. Reinforcing ING Direct’s theme of
simplicity and innovation, Forms+Surfaces products have helped to
create a fun, friendly, interactive environment that’s changing the
way people think about going to the bank.
