In 1998 the Macquarium building became the site of one of our earliest CabForms® installations with four Series 1000 interiors specified in stainless steel with Sandstone finish and Circle pattern. Delighted with the concept and materials, the designers then turned to F+S for cohesive design elements. In the lobby, fixed System 7 doors with a Circle pattern were used as side panels for entrance doors. Inside the offices, Architectural Metal doors in stainless steel with a variety of finishes and patterns were used in multiple locations. Examples include a bank of pivoting doors which allows the conference room to transition easily from an open seating area to a private meeting space and a single dramatic door that pairs Serpentine finish with a beautiful DP7500 door pull.
