Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF)

As part of a multi-year, multi-faceted renovation project, this busy airport has undergone a series of significant upgrades intended to accommodate growing volumes of travelers, improve customer and mechanical services, and establish a refreshed sense of place that offers a consistent brand experience throughout. Updates to the outdoor spaces included multiple F+S products, all thoughtfully selected by Booker Design Collaborative. Indoors, F+S worked with Alliiance in Minneapolis to create a focal-point glass elevator enclosure that blends the designer’s desired translucency level with custom colors and graphics. The impressive end results align with the airport’s new branding scheme and convey the airport’s identity in a highly visible way.
