Forms+Surfaces takes a rigorous approach to managing our environmental impact—measuring progress, auditing results, and setting the bar higher each year. We strive to use eco-friendly processes and materials, and build products that are recyclable. Examples of our commitment to the environment include using:
- Only FSC 100% or FSC Recycled wood in our site products, obtained from responsibly harvested and verified sources
- Metals with a high recycled content and high recyclability
- No- and low-VOC powdercoat finishes that eliminate the solvents associated with traditional painted finishes, reduce waste, and typically last for the lifetime of the product
- Eco-Etch, a metal etching process which employs an advanced bead-blasting system instead of acids or other harmful chemicals
