Membership for OMNIA Partners (formerly NCPA) and BuyBoard is free, quick and easy via basic online application forms. There are no obligations or minimum commitments on behalf of members once joined.

As a member, you'll work directly with Forms+Surfaces: All communications and coordination (quotes, order processing, invoicing, remittance follow-through, etc.) are conducted directly with F+S, without intermediaries.

Forms+Surfaces ensures transaction compliance with the cooperative contract. Co-op members receive all of the benefits of publicly-solicited and awarded "piggyback" contracts plus the ease of purchasing directly from the source manufacturer.
