Project Overview

Built in 1909, this co-op has 72 apartments in New York’s Financial District, offering a short walk to work for Wall Street execs.

A recent renovation by the owners brought upgrades to the building’s outdated elevators and hallways. Our LEVELe-105 Elevator Interiors with ViviStone Honey Onyx glass and Fused Graphite elevated these elevators from ho hum to dazzling.
