575 Fifth Avenue

MetLife purchased 575 Fifth Avenue in 2005 for a reported $385 million, and began a 4-year renovation with transformative results. The elegant 520,000 square foot tower on the corner of Fifth and 47th Street now serves as L’Oreal’s headquarters, and features a light-filled lower facade with expansive Fifth Avenue retail shops and a spacious lobby and atrium.

Our custom stainless steel column covers in Dallas Impression pattern are an impressive addition to this soaring space. The renovation of this building has helped to revitalize this area of Fifth Avenue.
