Hollywood Bowl

Forms+Surfaces worked with Rios Clementi Hale Studios to design outdoor furnishings for the world-famous Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, California. Project requirements included providing enough seating to accommodate large volumes of picnicking concert-goers, incorporating ADA accessible seating, and fitting furniture to the natural slope of the setting.

Using our Hudson and Duo Benches as a starting point, more than a dozen different custom seating and table configurations were developed to meet this wide range of needs. To maximize space and comfort, seating was set atop existing walls, circled around trees, stepped on sloped corridors, and more - all to very favorable end results. Completing the picture: our stainless steel Universal Litter & Recycling Receptacles ensure that waste stays in its place.
