Project Overview

Developed at Pier 27, the $100 million James R. Herman Cruise Terminal is the primary terminal for passenger ships departing and arriving in San Francisco. Located along the City’s popular Embarcadero Promenade, Pier 27 also includes a 2.5-acre waterfront plaza. Our benches were selected for the multi-use site, inviting residents and visitors to linger by the bay.
