Las Olas City Centre, a 408,079-square-foot, 15-story Class AA office tower in downtown Fort Lauderdale, was built in 2002, renovated in 2005, and just sold in 2011 to JP Morgan Investment Management for an undisclosed amount. The elegant building has multiple tenants, including Bank of America.
The renovations included the stunning, marble-filled lobby. Forms+Surfaces provided the stainless steel Elevator Doors in Champagne Impression pattern. Additionally, we provided Meridian Door Pulls for the the wood door.
