This busy government and court complex at One Montgomery Plaza in Norristown, Pennsylvania needed an urgent facelift due to failing masonry walls that were causing bricks to fall from the building. Plans to reskin the building went through multiple iterations, and NORR achieved a solution that met the project’s aesthetic, budget and timeline requirements. Their approach also allowed the building to remain functional and occupied throughout construction—another project stipulation. The result is an affordable, beautified facade that maintains much of the building’s previous design. The full transformation incorporates a complete exterior reskin as well as a spacious entrance plaza that's home to several of our site furniture and lighting designs.
