Project Overview

Located in Nashville, Tennessee, this redevelopment project restored a historic property into 400,000 square feet of leasable mixed-use space. Working with Smith Gee Studio, F+S provided elevator interiors for the LEED ND Gold building. The modern upgrades help transform the 100-year-old warehouse into one of the area’s most successful properties.
