Gracing Milwaukee’s lakefront skyline is a sleek curving tower from architectural design studio Pickard Chilton. The elegant 32-story glass office complex is home to a prominent insurance firm that has occupied the setting for more than 100 years.

The tower sits at the edge of an eight-acre campus designed to engage employees as well as the city of Milwaukee. Its gently curved form maximizes panoramic views and embraces three acres of landscaped park space and gardens, the work of OJB Landscape Architecture.

Wide sidewalks and pedestrian-oriented streetscapes promote walkability and provide numerous access points into the garden. Ground level concourses, exhibits, and dining spaces welcome visitors and contribute to the lakefront district’s urban vitality.
