Prosper on Fayette

Prosper on Fayette is graduate student housing in the heart of downtown Baltimore. Situated just steps from the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) campus, and in close proximity to Inner Harbor and numerous dining and entertainment venues, its locations and design invite residents to prosper and connect. A rooftop deck and second-story courtyard are among the building’s outdoor amenities. For these spaces, Floura Teeter worked with F+S to create fully custom-looking furnishings – without the expense of custom. To achieve this, standard F+S products were modified to suit the site-specific designs, meet the desired aesthetic, and keep the budget in check.
