Schrafft’s City Center

Schrafft’s City Center was once the manufacturing site of the famous Schrafft’s Candy Factory. As part of a historic repositioning project, IBI Group worked with CBT Architects in the redevelopment of this mixed-use waterfront development on the Mystic River. The F+S products used on the project are located directly on the public Boston Harbor Walk. All were chosen for their ability to withstand the demands of this heavily trafficked route and proximity to the industrial-themed saltwater wharf. In addition, many of the products add a historical note with a custom red powdercoat color that ties to red of the original Schrafft Candy Company logo.
