Project Overview

485 Marin Boulevard is a 17-story residential building set in the Hamilton Park neighborhood of Jersey City, New Jersey. Adjacent to the building is Marin Green, a park that functions as an amenity space for residents as well as a public park. The streetscape and park furniture carry the building's aesthetic into the surrounding landscape design. A beautiful outdoor setting, Marin Green is accessible to the neighborhood and also serves as an outdoor dining destination for a café on the ground floor of 485 Marin.
