SkyCenter One is a nine-story, 272,000-square-foot, Class A+ office building with direct access to Tampa International Airport (TPA). Its central location and easy connection to the airport’s main terminal make it one of the most unique and well-equipped office buildings in the Tampa Bay region and a destination for companies seeking its many high-end amenities. Fitting for the space, Gresham Smith, Tampa worked with F+S to finalize design details and select F+S products that would play to the building’s contemporary aesthetic and provide the durability and maintenance ease required to keep the place looking its best.
